Essential referral information
Referral will be returned without this. If a mandatory test cannot be obtained, say so in the referral.
- ELFT, FBC results - USS urinary tract (simple renal cyst Bosniak 1 and minimally complex cyst Bosniak 2) or - CT/CT triple phase (complex renal cysts Bosniak 2F, 3, 4 and solid lesions) - if eGFR >=42 mg/mmol arrange for triple phase CT renal - if eGFR <42mg/mmol arrange for non-contrast eGFR

- Circumcision for cosmetic reasons - Aesthetic surgery - Sexually transmitted infections– refer sexual health clinic - Genital ulcers and warts – refer sexual health clinic provided verrucous carcinoma is excluded - Vasectomy and vasectomy reversal - Ejaculatory disorders - Catheter change/maintenance - Proteinuria – refer nephrology - Small epididymal cysts <2cm - Asymptomatic simple renal cyst
