- PSA results ≥10 ng/mL: Elevated PSA requires two samples taken 2–4 weeks apart to expedite access to prostate MRI - PSA results <10 ng/mL: Elevated PSA requires two samples taken 1–3 months apart, with one instance including a free/total PSA ratio: - Men <70 years: PSA >3.0 ng/mL - Men ≥70 years: PSA >5.5 ng/mL - ELFT results - FBC results - MSU M/C/S results - USS urinary tract results

- Circumcision for cosmetic reasons - Aesthetic surgery - Sexually transmitted infections– refer sexual health clinic - Genital ulcers and warts – refer sexual health clinic provided verrucous carcinoma is excluded - Vasectomy and vasectomy reversal - Ejaculatory disorders - Catheter change/maintenance - Proteinuria – refer nephrology - Small epididymal cysts <2cm - Asymptomatic simple renal cyst
