Essential referral information

Referral will be returned without this. If a mandatory test cannot be obtained, say so in the referral.

- Recent Liver enzymes - Previous fibroscan information and date if available - Body mass index (BMI) - Details of any associated medical conditions which may affect the accuracy of the fibroscan (Obesity/NAFLD/physical limitations) - Any special care requirements where relevant (able to lie flat and transfer on and off examination bed) - Must not be pregnant - Must not have ascites
