Referral will be returned without this. If a mandatory test cannot be obtained, say so in the referral.
History of abnormal bleeding / hormonal contraceptive use/ menopause therapy use - Recent co-test result (HPV and LBC) - Pelvic USS (TVS ess) - Histology (pipelle or curettings) - Please ensure that MMR, p53 and ER/PR immunohistochemistry has been ordered on all endometrial biopsies demonstrating carcinoma - CT CAP If a specific test result cannot be obtained due to access, financial, religious, cultural or consent reasons a clinical override may be requested. This reason must be clearly articulated in the body of the referral.
The following conditions are out of scope for this service: - Gynaecological conditions that do not have a confirmed/suspected malignancy
