Cat 1 · 30 days
appointment within 30 calendar days. - Confirmed non-viable pregnancy - Incomplete miscarriage requiring management - Stable ectopic pregnancy - Pregnancy of unknown location - Pregnancy of uncertain viability - Suspected stable molar pregnancy
Cat 2 · 90 days
appointment within 90 calendar days. - No category 2 criteria
Cat 3 · 365 days
appointment within 365 calendar days. - No category 3 criteria
Referral will be returned without this. If a mandatory test cannot be obtained, say so in the referral.
- Last Normal Menstrual Period (LNMP) - Estimated due date - Past obstetric History including gravida and parity - Weight and BMI - Blood group and antibodies - Full Blood Count - Beta hCG result (consider serial Beta hCG) - Psychosocial risk Factors (eg. Mental Health, Domestic Violence, Substance Use) if relevant - All available ultrasound reports related to this pregnancy
The following conditions are out of scope for this service: - Pregnant woman over 16 weeks gestation - High-risk first trimester referrals - Routine Antenatal Care
